Trump Time Outs From Season Four
At the end of many of my chapters I put a “Trump Time Out.”
These were quotes from Donald Trump that were placed in most shows where
he briefly discussed an important business or success principle.
These are the quotes from the fourth season.
I hope you enjoy them.
Trump
Time Out – Can’t We All Just Get Along
“Getting along with people is very important to success. If you’re not going to get along with people you may be successful, but it’s going to be a lot harder” - Donald Trump from The Apprentice, season four, episode one “Let’s Get Physical.”
Trump
Time Out – Be Flexible
“In business it’s important to adapt. If you don’t adapt, you’re never going to be good in business and you’re never going to be successful. Show flexibility. Be able to make a change.” - Donald Trump from The Apprentice, season four, episode two “There’s No ‘I’ in Team.”
Trump
Time Out – Inspire
“Leadership is very important in business. You have to inspire your staff. You have to really make them respect you. People like working for the Trump Organization because I make it fun. I make life interesting. It’s always different. It’s always exciting.” - Donald Trump from The Apprentice, season four, episode three “Something Old, Something New.”
Trump
Time Out – Maximize Potential
“A good leader has to be able to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of employees. A leader has to be able to see who is really strong – where, and if they don’t do it, it’s not going to work out very well for that leader or for that company.” - Donald Trump from The Apprentice, season four, episode four “Ice Cream of Genie.”
Trump
Time Out – Money Matters
“Money is important for a lot of reasons. It’s a scorecard. How well did I do? How much did I make? How much did the company make? You can do a lot of things, but in business it’s all about money.” - Donald Trump from The Apprentice, season four, episode five “Lost in Space.”
Trump
Time Out – Take It To The Limit
Trump Time Out – Get To The Point
“When I have a meeting, I don't waste time. It's quick, short, to the point, and we don't play games. There's only so many hours in the day. The quicker you are, the more you can get done.” - Donald Trump from The Apprentice, season four, episode seven “Back To School.”Trump Time Out – Be Loyal
“A disloyal person can totally destroy a corporation. If you find a disloyal person, ger rid of him or her immediately. They're no good. They'll never be good. There's nothing worse than disloyalty.” - Donald Trump from The Apprentice, season four, episode eight “Store Wars.”Trump Time Out – Creative Balance
“It's the great business person that can decide between practicality and creativity. You have to be able to strike a balance. Trump Time Out – Family
