Alain
Burrese has a unique background that has brought him to where
he is today. This
brief description will illustrate some of the highlights.
Alain

Alain's law
practice focuses on Mediation as well as some
Corporate/Business Law, Immigration/International
matters, and some Real Estate. Alain
has a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Montana
School of Law and is a member of the Montana State Bar.
He has various mediation training, including Mediating
the Litigated Case at the Straus Institute for
Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of
Law. Alain was an associate with Bennett Law Office,
and prior to that, Alain
held a position as a Claims Attorney with the Attorney
Liability Protection Society (ALPS) where he worked in
the legal malpractice field.
Other legal experience includes clerking in a
civil litigation defense firm for two and a half years,
where he was involved in all aspects of the defense side
of litigation. He
also spent a year at the Missoula City Attorney’s
Office prosecuting misdemeanors. Some
of Alain’s presentations and seminars are on legal
issues and include seminars to paralegals in
Montana
and CLEs (Continuing Legal Education) to Montana
attorneys.
Alain's
mediation practice is growing as he helps parties
resolve conflicts and settle cases. If

related to Safety and Self-Defense as well as Success,
Leadership, and Personal Achievement.
Alain’s book
and videos on Self-defense and Hapkido have received
extremely positive reviews, as have his lectures,
seminars and other programs on self-defense, safety and
the martial art Hapkido.
He is currently working on future projects in
these areas, and also makes sure to do a few seminars on
Hapkido and self-defense as well as Safety lectures and
speeches each year.
In the
early 90s, Alain taught the college course, Strategies
for Success, for the
Davidson
Honors
College
at The University of Montana.
Alain also taught workshops for the
University
of
Montana
’s Center for Leadership Development.
After law school, Alain took a position directing
the
University
of
Montana
’s Center for Leadership Development rather than
practicing law. In
this position, he conducted many workshops and classes
on leadership skills, as well as organized various
leadership luncheons, panels, seminars, and conferences.
He did this both at the
University
of
Montana
, and other campuses.
Now, with
Burrese Enterprises, Inc., Alain continues to write and
speak about leadership, success and achievement.
He conducts a variety of speeches, workshops and
classes on topics to help you achieve and lead.
Alain's
military background includes two years with an Infantry
Battalion in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg,
N.C. and working as a sniper instructor at the 2nd
Infantry Division Scout Sniper School at Camp Casey,
South Korea.
