Update

I have not made any posts for quite some time. It has been a hectic last couple of months including some family illness that took a lot of time. I am now back at it, and doing a lot of catching up.

Regarding Attacking Back, self-defense, and martial arts, I have completed the first of my Lock On dvds on joint locks with Aiki Productions. Volume 1 - Wrist Locks is complete and Aiki Productions should have it for sale shortly. We will be filming Volume 2 - Arm Bars and Elbow Techniques very soon, and both volumes should be for sale be the end of the year or early January. The final three volumes will be filmed in early 2007 and all five will be available by Spring.

The Lock On series will be a must for anyone who wants to take their joint locking skills to a higher level.

Additionally, the cane dvd I filmed with Paladin Press will also be released this Spring. This will be an excellent program for anyone who wants to defend themselves and attack back with a cane.

I'm busy working on a couple other projects that may film with Paladin Press, and a couple for Aiki as well. 2006 was a pretty productive year, but 2007 will be even better.

Stay tuned for more advice on self-defense and attacking back as well as updates to what I am doing here at this blog. Now that I am back into the groove, I will be making more frequent posts again.
