Invisible labor

Everyone who knows me knows that I am a Victor Hugo fan. I mean, come on, we named our daughter Cosette. :-)

Here is a quote of Hugo's that I really like:

Sometimes we need to take time to think. With the world racing by, and the constraints on our limited time becoming tighter and tighter each passing year, we tend to forget to take time to think. Make it a point to set aside time to plan your life, your destiny. Make it a point to set aside time to think of those things you want to accomplish. Take time to think about where you want your life to go. Take time to think about where you want your company to go. What do you want to achieve?

Think Big! Think Huge! You have to think it before you can achieve it.
