Hapkido Seminar Success

I wanted to thank the hosts and all the participants at last Saturday's Hapkido and self-defense seminar in Boise, ID.

It is always fun to teach to a group of excited and dedicated martial artists. The group was more than dedicated and had a positive attitude about everything we did. Everyone had fun and learned a lot. Joint locks, self-defense techniques, and cane defense were the main portions of the seminar. Everyone trained hard, had fun, and enjoyed the day. That makes it a fun day for me too.

I look forward to seeing you all again in the future. Train hard and train safe.
